Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to logistical circumstances. Currently, we only ship within the EU.
 

 Processing and shipping

• Orders placed before 16:00 will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders after 16:00 within 48 hours.
• We ship on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Package lost or damaged?

Is je pakket niet aangekomen binnen de voorziene levertijd, of is het beschadigd? Neem contact met ons op via info@luxeoracosmetic.com.

In case of damage, you must do this within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and the product. We will send you a new package or refund you the amount, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect address

Check your address when ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs for a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
