Return period
You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receipt.
The products must:
- be unused;
- be in the original condition;
- be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
How can I return a product?

- You will receive the necessary instructions for the return shipment from us.
- Return the product according to these instructions.
- Once we have received and checked the product in good condition, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order.
Return shipping costs
The costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we have received the returned product.
Which products cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
